Privacy Policy
How case-review submissions and site data are collected, used and retained.
Effective Date: October 5, 2026
1. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Aviation Justice Group (the “Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, maintains, and protects personal information through its website, attorney intake process, and related communications concerning aviation-accident and aviation-injury claims.
2. Information You Provide
We may collect your name, contact information, location, details about a legal matter, documents, and information you submit through calls, forms, email, text, chat, or other communications.
3. Information Collected Automatically
Our website may collect IP address, device and browser details, approximate location, referral source, pages visited, timestamps, interactions, and conversion information through cookies, server logs, analytics, and call-tracking tools.
4. Cookies and Analytics
We may use cookies and similar technologies for website functionality, security, analytics, advertising attribution, and performance measurement. You may adjust available browser settings, although some website features may be affected.
5. Communications and Intake
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, assess potential matters, conduct preliminary conflict screening, arrange attorney consultations, provide legal services where engaged, and maintain appropriate business and legal records.
6. How We Use Information
We may use information to administer the Firm and its website, evaluate requests for legal representation, communicate with prospective and existing clients, provide authorized legal services, protect security, measure marketing performance, and meet legal or professional obligations.
7. How We Share Information
We may share information with Firm attorneys and authorized personnel, vendors assisting with secure operations and intake, professional advisers, and others as authorized by you or permitted or required by law. Any sharing of prospective-client or client information is subject to applicable confidentiality and professional-responsibility obligations. We do not treat inquiries as leads for sale to unrelated law firms.
8. Technology and Service Providers
The Firm may use hosting, forms, telephone, CRM, analytics, communications, security, and other vendors to operate its practice. Vendor access to information is limited by applicable agreements, security controls, and legal obligations as appropriate.
9. Attorney Communications and Confidentiality
Communications with the Firm may involve sensitive legal matters. We take reasonable steps to handle information consistent with applicable duties owed to prospective and current clients. However, sending information through a website does not automatically establish an attorney-client relationship. Please avoid sending highly sensitive documents or information until the Firm requests them through an appropriate channel.
10. Prospective Clients and Conflicts
An inquiry may be reviewed by Firm personnel for intake and conflicts purposes. We may decline a matter, including because of a conflict of interest or other professional consideration. The Firm will not undertake representation unless an authorized attorney agrees to do so.
11. Artificial Intelligence and Automation
We may use appropriate automated tools for administrative functions such as scheduling, transcription, routing, or drafting assistance, subject to applicable confidentiality and professional obligations. Automated content is reviewed as appropriate and is not a substitute for attorney judgment.
12. Advertising and Measurement
We may measure website traffic and advertising effectiveness using analytics and attribution tools, subject to applicable privacy law and available opt-out rights.
13. Privacy Choices
Where applicable law provides rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain information about personal data, or to opt out of certain advertising-related sharing, requests may be sent to info@airplaneinjurylawsuit.com. We will verify and respond to eligible requests as required by law.
14. California Privacy Rights
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, if applicable to the Firm and the information at issue. Statutory exemptions, including those involving protected legal information, may apply.
15. Retention and Security
We retain information for legitimate practice, legal, ethical, security, and recordkeeping needs. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no electronic transmission or storage method is entirely secure.
16. Children’s Privacy
The website is not directed to children under age 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through general website features without an appropriate lawful basis.
17. Third-Party Links
Our website may link to third-party services. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies.
18. Email, Text, and Call Recording
You may opt out of nonessential marketing emails through an unsubscribe mechanism or by contacting us, and out of eligible marketing texts by replying STOP. Calls may be recorded only with legally required notice or consent, including as applicable under California law.
19. Legal Disclosures and Business Changes
We may preserve or disclose information as required by law, legal process, professional duties, or legitimate security needs. Information involved in a lawful practice or business transition will remain subject to applicable confidentiality obligations.
20. Updates and Contact
We may revise this Policy and post an updated effective date. For privacy questions, contact Aviation Justice Group at info@airplaneinjurylawsuit.com.
